Shai was born and raised in beautiful Utah. She has 5 years of experience she’s worked with struggling teens in treatment and their families. It is her commitment and belief in the North Star Treatment program that is imperative in helping her clients and their family members reach phenomenal levels of achievement.

Shai is a mother of two beautiful little girls and is expecting a little boy over the next few months. Her family and children in her life hold the key to Shai’s heart and soul. In her free time, she has a love for party planning and wood crafts, but she is forever dedicated to the happiness she surrounds herself with while helping others.

Shai started her passion with the youth five years ago and started her career with North Star about a year ago where she began as a line staff working hands-on with the clients at our treatment center. Shai was quickly transitioned into a Lead Staff here at North Star, and it was her dedication to our client’s programs and their overall well-being that promoted her into North
Star’s Case Worker.

Shai’s drive and passion connecting with the clients and their families have been her dream, she takes great pride in seeing the changes and effect she has in changing others lives one step at a time.
